States. Although the companies address different concerns, there were some
immediate connections. Both companies are owned by women, both began over 19 years

There is a growing demand for those already working in healthcare to move up into
positions requiring additional qualifications. U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
states, "More than 1.2 million new and replacement nurses will be needed by 2014 and
